Overview
Earth, Spirit, and Sea is a three-day ultra-luxury expedition from Hobart through Tasmania's most remarkable food, whisky and coastal landscapes. Day one explores soil and hearth at The Agrarian Kitchen with a hands-on masterclass and biodynamic wine tasting. Day two visits McHenry Distillery for VIP spring water, bond store and barrel tastings. Day three flies by private helicopter from Coles Bay over Wineglass Bay to a premium East Coast winery for a private masterclass and late lunch.
